The room had a great sunset view, and we liked the modern amenities and daily housekeeping. Rahul gave excellent service throughout our stay, and Shashikant made us feel like royalty. The bed was incredibly cozy and the decor elegant. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared, and the breakfast buffet had so many options. We loved the buffet and the local food.

There was an insect in the food, and the room rate per night was very high for what it was.

This was the worst experience I've had. They first asked for 3000/- for one night, or 1000/- per person, which felt high. Later they brought it down to 2200/-, but that still seemed expensive. The room was tiny, the lights were dim, and although there was a TV with a set top box, they hadn't provided a remote. The bed was too small. When we asked for a mattress, they gave us one that was so big we had to fold it vertically, and it was completely uncomfortable. Around 12 o'clock, hotel workers were drinking liquor at night and started fighting with people in another room. Their behavior toward women was very unethical and unprofessional, disgusting and rude. We couldn't sleep because of the fight. At 1:30, when we had to leave for Darshan, nobody was there to open the main door. No hotel staff were available at night because they had gone to the drunk person's home. We waited 10 minutes, searched everywhere, and called the helpline, but got no help. Finally, the people who had fought with the drunk person told us to go out from the ground floor by opening the shutter. They need to improve everything. For me, it was the worst experience.

The hotel is right on the main road, about 5 minutes from st. Gyaneshwar mandir. A 12-hour checkout cost ₹700/ and a 24-hour one ₹1400/-, which is expensive compared with other hotels in the area. It's an average hotel. The curtains and blankets weren't clean, the bedsheets weren't up to the mark, and cleanliness was just okay. The room service and food at their own Restaurant downstairs were worth trying.

The hotel was easy to get to, with good rooms and very tasty food. It's also very close to the temple.
