The staff were great: security, reception, and kitchen were all professional, kind, and helpful. The location is very good, with easy connections to tourist and other important spots, and the metro is within walking distance. The rooms have nice views, but their condition let things down. Some glasses were broken, and the curtains and corner chair had lots of stains. The AC was good, though hot water only stayed warm enough in the mornings. At night it turned cold before the tub was full. Indian food was good. The American or continental breakfast wasn’t worth paying for, with just two slices of bread, an Indian-style omelet, and tea. They served diced tomatoes instead of grilled ones.

The rooms were a bit disappointing, but breakfast was decent and the complimentary tea was a nice touch. Early check-in was available for a small fee, which was a real plus. It’s a pleasant hotel and good value for money. Taking everything into account, I’d give it 4.5/5.

The price was very good for what I got, and I’d recommend St Lauren Pune to anyone visiting Pune. My room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and kept making an effort to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I had an excellent stay and look forward to coming back.

This was a stressful stay, with noise, poor management, and little service. The room was dirty, badly maintained, and nothing like what had been promised. Basic amenities were missing or didn’t work, and the hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. Third-class property and third-class service. It wasn’t worth the money, and I’d never recommend it.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, quick service, and really good food. My one price complaint is the roti, which cost Rs. 100 each. That seemed too expensive when everything else on the menu was reasonably priced for this kind of hotel. Around Rs. 50 would make more sense. Even at an expensive resort I visited in Lonavala, rotis were Rs. 40 - 50. I use a wheelchair, and the hotel was fully accessible, including a lift to the top floor and swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, so I could move around easily. The washrooms were a bit tight, though. I’d suggest modifying a couple of rooms so there’s no glass partition between the toilet and bathing area. If a guest mentions using a wheelchair, offering one of those rooms would mean a lot. I experienced that kind of consideration in Lonavala, and it can be a lovely surprise. The service was amazing from the moment our car stopped. The guard and other support staff came right over to help me, and people were always ready to assist whenever I came down from our floor. I haven’t had this kind of service anywhere else I’ve travelled. For the price, I think St. Laurn is great value. 5/5, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone going to Pune.
