I don't usually post reviews, but this place was filthy enough that I feel I should warn people. The bedding and sheets were dirty and stained, and there were bed bugs. I couldn't sleep knowing how unclean everything was. The bathroom was grimy, moldy, and smelled terrible. When I told the staff, they didn't seem to care. There was no apology, no offer to move me, nothing. It was the most unpleasant stay I've had, and I checked out early. I'd never recommend this hotel. It should be properly inspected and cleaned before anyone else stays there.

The room was no good. The lamps had no bulbs, and the mirror, mattress, and blankets were stained and dirty. Room service was bad, and they added charges without a valid reason. The staff were very uncooperative and charged more than the online rates. A very, very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.

Getting help was difficult since reception never answered calls, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The room's hygiene was unacceptable. It was extremely ugly, unclean, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The walls had water damage, and there was no TV service since the TV didn't work. There was no telephone facility either. No towels or doormat were provided, and the towels and body wash only arrived the next morning. A geyser wasn't available on the first day, though hot water was available the next morning. A very unpleasant experience.
