There was no free drinking water, and they charged for bottles. The AC barely worked, and the old ceiling fan was useless. Cockroaches were crawling around, while damp walls left the room smelling musty and hard to breathe in. The bed, blankets, and pillows were filthy, like they hadn't been washed in months. This was by far my worst hotel experience. I'd strongly avoid the place.

The room itself was okay, but the AC leaked onto the bed all night, so I couldn't sleep at all. The AC, TV, and other things weren't working, and they didn't even have water bottles available. Don't get me started on the food.

Please don't book this hotel. The bathroom and room were in bad condition, and the service was poor.

The room had mosquitoes, bedbugs, and other insects, and there was no drinking water or TV. The washroom had no water supply, the toilet was broken, and when I asked for service they refused. Stay at your own risk. I'd tell everyone not to stay here. Worst hotel in Ajmer.
