GRK Comforts by Fab Hotels

Breakfast was simple but fresh, and it felt like good value for money. My stay at GRK Comforts, Jayanagar was pleasant, with polite, supportive staff who responded quickly whenever I needed help. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the hospitality impressed me. The clean, comfortable rooms had the essentials, including WiFi, AC, and hot water, and everything worked well. The location is well connected to the rest of the city, with shops and eateries nearby. I’d happily recommend it for a convenient, comfortable stay in Jayanagar.

Transport, shops, and restaurants were easy to reach from this conveniently located hotel. The staff were helpful and polite, and the service felt premium despite the affordable price. We had to move between three rooms in a single day during our one-day stay because there were bed bugs everywhere and cockroaches. The AC wasn’t working either. Cleanliness was very poor, and the bedsheets, towels, and pillows were all dirty and poor quality.

The TV didn’t work, the pillows weren’t clean, and the towels smelled awful. Even touching a towel made me feel like I needed to wash my hands ten times. The lift needed repairs too, so my relatives had to walk up four floors. The bus stand outside the hotel seemed better than the rooms. A very bad experience.
