We were in town for a week while looking for a service apartment for our son, who is here for work. Abdul and his team took great care of us. The hotel was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the outside walkway power washed and the inside scrubbed over the weekend. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, dosas, and stuffed parathas made to order. We also ate dinner at the restaurant, where everything was freshly made and good quality, at very affordable prices. We had a very good experience here.

The staff really made our stay at Ginger Bangalore IRR. Preeti at reception was charming and welcoming, and Akash and the restaurant team were friendly, always smiling, and a pleasure to be around. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Monali. She's cheerful and charming, and meeting her felt like running into a long-lost friend. The hotel's just opposite Embassy Golf Link, so it's easy to get to other parts of the city. I totally recommend staying here. You won't regret booking!

The housekeeping work impressed me most. Mr. Kalyan, one of the housekeeping supervisors, and housekeeper raju make sure the room is clean, well maintained, and hygienic. He is always available if anything is needed. I also like the hospitality the hotel shows every guest. Keep up the good work. If you plan a visit, be ready to enjoy a stay with great hospitality.

I booked a superior twin room, but the stay was very disappointing. The room was untidy, the toiletries weren't complete, and the shower didn't work properly. Overall, it wasn't satisfactory at all.
