The metro station nearby is easy to reach, and the area around the flat is quiet and peaceful. The place itself is roomy and comfortable, with a great view. The owner was welcoming and helpful, too. It's a relaxing stay and very budget-friendly, with good value for the money.
I spent over a year at Professional Pride Apartment and had a great stay. The 3BHK is spacious and well maintained, and costs less than other places near Sumadhura Capitol Towers. Getting to the Purple Line metro is easy because of the convenient location. I'd recommend it to IT professionals and families.
I needed an early check-in, and the owner got me settled quickly. He's a great guy. The rooms are spacious, the view is good, the surroundings are quiet, there's a geyser in the toilet, and the price is reasonable. The lights were dim, there was no desk for work, the fan speed couldn't be adjusted, and the walls between rooms are plastic. Still, it worked well as a place to sleep and get work done on a business trip. I'd stay here again.
There wasn't even a dustbin or any arrangement for cleaning, and the room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Mosquitoes were everywhere, but the owner didn't bother to provide repellent. Cockroaches were crawling into the bed and onto our bodies, so we had to stay awake all night. This has been the worst place we've stayed during our travels. Horrible stay.
The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked fine, but the place was not clean and is very far from the city. You have to walk about 400 meters to get groceries or vegetables. Water stagnated in the washbasin and overflowed, and flushing the commode sent water splashing out. I also had no mobile reception in the corner room I rented, the one with the attached toilet.
