OYO 25036 Suraksha Residency

The location was shady and dirty, and I wouldn't consider this place suitable for families. A taxi driver talked us into cancelling our earlier booking at the station, claiming this area would make getting around faster, so we had no other option. The room service phone didn't work, which meant going down to reception whenever we had an issue. The bed linen and covers were filthy and torn. After several requests, staff changed them, but the replacements weren't any better. There were bugs in the beds and a few cockroaches appeared at night. The bathroom was unclean, and in the morning black water came out of the pipes, so we couldn't shower or freshen up. A terrible stay, not even worth one star.

I booked two rooms for three days toward the end of April 2026 and paid in advance each morning. The rooms weren't cleaned even after repeated requests, and the staff were rude and behaved terribly. This was a very poor quality, B-grade adult-type hotel. We found condom packets under the beds in both rooms. The AC units weren't working properly, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and we found kits and insects under the beds and in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful, and the stay was comfortable overall. I did find a few cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. I hope management deals with the cleanliness problem.

People keep mentioning cockroaches in their reviews, and it seems the hotel still hasn't dealt with the problem. If you're okay sharing a place with cockroaches, then choose this hotel.
