The AC barely cooled, and the washroom didn't have regular water. Tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, but there was no kettle to heat water and no drinking glasses, only tea cups. This was the worst hotel stay I've had in my life. 🥲

The rates seemed fair for an average room, and I was only there briefly. But several things need fixing: loose tiles, a toilet flush that didn't work properly, and a nonfunctioning jet spray. With some maintenance, it could be a much better place.

We got a good night's sleep as a family, and even the baby's needs were easy to sort out. We ordered the supplies online and they arrived in ten minutes. Breakfast, tea, and coffee were good too. The place was clean and hygienic, and the staff helped us even though we arrived around midnight.

My family came to visit, but we had to meet them out on the road because the hotel wouldn't let an extra person come to the room, even for ten minutes. That rule hadn't been mentioned when I booked, and I couldn't find it online either. The staff were very uncooperative and then started using foul language. I stayed for two days and found them very bad.

The room had a lovely view and the air conditioning worked well. It was also clean, spacious, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and the basic amenities provided. My recent stay at Suraksha Stay was pleasant overall.
