Hotel O Royal Residency Near Hare Krishna Hill

I paid 1300 for 15 hours, but they still told me to leave before 4:00 pm, even though I'd arrived at about 12:10 pm. They wouldn't refund my money either. I'm really disappointed, so please don't stay here.

We paid 800 rupees for a one-day stay, and there was no AC or electricity. From 2 to 4 a.m. there was no power, so how are you supposed to stay there in the middle of the night? The room was filthy and the service was bad. It didn't even feel like an OYO hotel. I'm very disappointed and feel I wasted my money.

The bar on the ground floor made it very disturbing, so I wouldn't recommend this place for families. The walls had been painted recently and smelled awful, and there were no room fresheners. The room wasn't neat or clean, and there wasn't even drinking water.

I paid ₹756 through OYO, then was charged another ₹200 with no receipt. The reception staff were too busy playing BGMI to help. There was no AC or Wi-Fi, and I doubt the TV worked. The bathroom looked like it could give you a urinary tract infection. I'd sooner sleep under a flyover than book here through MakeMyTrip or OYO. The listing photos look years out of date and misleading, and this place didn't feel suitable for families or solo travelers. It was more like a haunted house or a shady establishment.
