The doors let corridor conversations through, and the keycard didn't work properly. I also found no dustbin, tissues, or water bottle, and the bathroom was dirty. I booked a deluxe room after reading that this was a 4-star hotel. Honestly, it felt like at most a 1-star place. The bathroom says a lot about a hotel's quality.

After I argued with them some more, they finally gave me a dirty room with no amenities, not even water. Before that, although my online booking was confirmed and I could see it on their computer, they refused to give me a room and denied the confirmation. I had to fight with the receptionist to get the manager involved, and the manager had the same attitude. The staff were rude and the service and hospitality were awful. Please don't book here. Worst experience ever.

After a lot of back and forth, I was moved through four rooms. The last one was the best I could get, so this is my review of that room. You can imagine how bad the first one must have been. There was a rotten rat smell all around, the bathrooms were terribly maintained, and the AC didn't work, so they gave me a cooler instead. The switchboards were broken and the TV wires disconnected. Think carefully before checking in.

The staff were kind and the service was good. It was a calm, peaceful place that felt like home, and the price was affordable. A great choice for families and kids.
