De Royale Sapphire Suites

We stayed for over a week, and breakfast was tasty with several items and a menu that changed a little each day. The hotel is slightly set back from the main road, so it was calm with no traffic or industrial noise. For a similar price, it felt like better value than some nearby hotels. The suite was huge, almost like a 1 RK, and the balcony was a nice bonus. But the curtains didn’t fully cover the window or door, which raised a privacy issue. Cleanliness needs work: the washroom was a bit smelly, the bedding was bad, and the duvet stank. The linen was stained and had the previous occupant’s hair on it, so my first move after check-in was ordering pillows and pillow covers on Blinkit. It was a decent stay overall, though it could’ve been better. I’d probably return to the suite if I visit the area again.

The receptionist made check-in smooth and pleasant with her friendly manner and willingness to help. She was welcoming, polite, and professional throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

It was quiet and peaceful, with nice rooms and pleasant staff. The location is handy, right next to the Metro station. One bedsheet looked a little dirty, but they changed it when I asked.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Getting around from this excellent location was convenient. I had a wonderful stay here and definitely recommend it.
