I paid 1800 rupees, but honestly this place wasn’t worth even 500. There’s no food service, and we had to beg for towels and basic amenities. The room had mosquitoes and cockroaches, dirty sheets and pillow covers, and a strong smell of smoke. Smoking is supposedly prohibited, yet the reception staff kept smoking and were usually on their phones. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional. Don’t use this hotel.
The rooms were awful, with dirty toilets, a broken floor, spit on the walls by the bed that had never been cleaned, and dusty, stained sheets and blankets. Staff were arrogant, and even after the full booking amount of 717 rupees had been paid, the hotel demanded another 1000 to stay. OYO takes the bookings, but the hotel refuses them, and OYO seems to play along. It feels like OYO and the hotels are working together. We had the same experience with staff at the other NR royal where we’d booked. It seems like organized cheating by NR rooms company in bangalore. Stay away from all NR rooms. There are much better options.
The bed had semen stains, and the sheets didn’t seem to have been washed properly. That’s completely unacceptable for basic cleanliness. The staff and owner also behaved poorly. Friendly, professional service matters, and this was disappointing.
Really, really bad. Please don’t come here, it’s the worst.
They put us on the fourth floor, but the lift wasn’t working, and we had to carry our own water up from the ground floor. The bathrooms were disgusting, there was no AC or fan, and the table fan they gave us made a terrible racket. Management behaved very cheaply and showed no respect for guests. The maintenance was awful. Never visit or book this hotel, it’s one of the worst.
