For what they charge, I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but the room wasn't properly cleaned and had black spots on the bed. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. Several basic amenities were missing too, and the whole property seemed poorly maintained. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. It's severely overpriced for the quality, and I'd tell others to look elsewhere.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was no hot water or drinking water. The lift was out of order and the WiFi was poor. Worst of all, the person at reception was busy watching reels and responded badly. Paying 2k+ a day for a cramped space with service like this isn't worth it. Avoid this hotel.

I spent 10 days here. The WiFi was really slow, but otherwise everything was good. My room was very clean, there was hot water in the toilet, and the property manager was polite and courteous. I'd recommend staying here.

Colive lotus park is a great option for a stay. Having the WiFi, power backup, lift, and security all managed together gave me peace of mind, without separate bills or policies to worry about.

The staff were very supportive, and I had an awesome stay at lotus park.
