After I'd paid, the hotel cancelled my booking when I arrived. Trying to get a refund from the man on the phone was a terrible experience, and the whole place had a bad atmosphere. I'd stay away.

The one good thing was the old staff, who were helpful. Otherwise, it was a very poor stay. The property has become surprisingly run down and is badly maintained. Don't stay here.

For a room costing 2601, I didn't get basic things listed in the app: no fan, toothpaste or brush, bathing bucket, towel, or doorbell. The staff were rude too. Why call it a luxury hotel and charge 2600? The room was extremely bad.

FabHotel Park Inn was cozy, tidy, and economical. We had a delightful stay, and its convenient location made it easy to travel around Bangalore.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. The rooms are very basic and need upgrading. The bathrooms need much better upkeep too: for example, staff hadn't removed old, used soap bars, and the fixtures need an update.
