The food was really delicious and aromatic, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The hotel is elegant and well maintained, with professional, well-behaved staff and plenty of parking for guests. Good job by the management and kitchen staff.

The toilets were tiny, with cramped glass partitions for the shower, and housekeeping didn't clean regularly. Maintenance was poor too. We couldn't control the room lights or AC ourselves. We had to ask at the switch panel, then they decided when to act, which was horrible. There was also a booking problem. My company had booked for my wife and me, but they gave us accommodation for only one person. Their explanation was that the receptionist was new. Service was very poor: it took 35 minutes to get a bottle of water in the morning. The breakfast and restaurant weren't even worth one star for food, service, or cleanliness, despite this supposedly being a 3-star hotel. A horrible stay and experience!

We went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, but after sitting there for 20 minutes without anyone serving us, we went to ask if the restaurant was open. We were told it was closed. Parking was limited and hard to find, and we have a 5-month-old baby. We decided to try the restaurant opposite instead, but the hotel owner wouldn't let us keep the car parked for 20 minutes, even though we asked. He hit our car and my husband and threatened to take our lives. We were very disappointed and decided to leave as soon as we could because of the baby. The owner said he was the rowdy of the area and that calling the police wouldn't help, and that he would take our lives. Please don't visit this place.

The room was in pathetic condition, and my spouse developed an allergy during the stay. We had to take her to the hospital that night for treatment. We had booked double occupancy. We'd asked reception the night before about breakfast hours and were told 8:00 to 10:30 AM. When we reached the restaurant around 9:45, most items were already gone. They said the food was over, and the restaurant manager didn't bother to inform guests. The whole stay was pathetic.

The hotel has good facilities for conferences and training, and the lunch food was good too. Parking is on the small side, though, so I'd suggest arriving on a two-wheeler instead of a car.
