Mr Arijit took such good care of us throughout dinner, and the staff were attentive and courteous the whole time. Jamavar, The Leela Palace has elegant, welcoming surroundings that made the evening feel special. The dishes were beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. The food, warm hospitality, and luxurious setting made it a memorable meal.

The garden and common spaces were beautiful, and there was art in every corner that made me want to photograph the whole place. We spent 2 nights at the Leela Palace and loved it. Despite crowded Bengaluru, it felt spacious, almost like a palace. Our room was super luxurious, everyone was friendly and helpful, and Mohit showed us the Lounge and served us tea. Dinner at the ZEN was wonderful too.

We came for breakfast this time rather than staying, and the place was beautiful with impeccable service. The restaurant staff were lovely, especially manager Mohit, who made our experience so memorable. We always love our stays and experiences at Leela, and this visit had that quintessential Indian hospitality.

Deepali at the concierge made my weekend staycation feel perfect and memorable. Albin, Mohit, and Tanaya at the Club Lounge were attentive and creative, and Praveen at the Citrus restaurant personalized our experience so thoughtfully. I’ve stayed multiple times at Leela Delhi and Bangalore and have consistently had memorable visits. The Leela Palace hospitality is a class apart, even compared with other 5 star hotel chains in India. They clearly care about guest satisfaction, from the greeting in the foyer and check-in to the small corridor interactions and the way staff go out of their way to handle requests. Love coming back again and again :)

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a mix of classic style and modern comfort. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The Leela Palace in Bengaluru makes a strong impression right from the entrance, with royal palace-inspired architecture, a grand lobby, chandeliers, marble flooring, and warm hospitality. There’s a wide selection of cuisines served with finesse, and the whole property feels serene and luxurious, suitable for business trips or a relaxing getaway. This is a premium stay that lives up to its reputation as one of Bengaluru’s finest luxury hotels. I could rewrite it in another tone, more premium, more emotional, or more corporate.
