FabHotel Red Velvet Inn & Suites

I cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. Please don't book this place. The room smelled awful, the towels, sheets, and pillowcases stank, and there was no mirror or soap. The lock was broken; when I raised it with the manager, he said I could leave without locking the door and nothing would happen. The lane from the main road was bad, dark, and had no rickshaws available, and the location felt unsafe for girls and solo travelers. It was one of the dirtiest places I've seen. It felt more like a spot for hourly hookups than a hotel, and I would call it a brothel.

Only one person seemed to be working in the whole hotel, at reception, and he was asleep until 10:30 a.m., when we checked out. There was no service at all. The location was awful, and the hotel itself was the worst. I wasted both time and money trusting FAB. This was my last booking with FAB Hotels. I don't even want to give it one star, but the rating options don't let me give zero.

We couldn't make it through even one night, and they don't offer a partial refund. The staff didn't seem to know guests were coming despite our booking. The place was in a filthy state: dirty linen, curtains with cigarette burns, and rooms like a pigpen. It was a terrible stay for me and my family. I wouldn't stay here even for free. I wish there were a rating below one star, because this is worse than that.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Outside, it was dark and scary, with three people standing around, and the place gave me a prostitution-like impression. I felt unsafe. If you're planning to stay overnight, avoid it.
