Fabhotel Ms Hospitality

Street dogs outside start barking around 10-11 pm and keep going through the night, so it's impossible to sleep. I was told this happens every single night. The rooms aren't great either, and with the dogs, I'd never stay here again.

The rooms were clean-ish, but cigarette smell lingered and the bed linen looked worn. The welcome desk staff were rude, as if they were doing us a favor. During booking, Fab Hotel's call center offered breakfast for an extra Rs 200 even though there is no kitchen or other service available at the location. I was promised staff would pick up breakfast and bring it to my room by 8.30 am. I reminded them at 8.15 AM, but it still hadn't arrived by 9 am, so I had to leave for work on an empty stomach. Other places are a better option.

They wouldn't give me the OYO room I'd booked. Instead, they told me to book through fab hotels and kept me waiting before finally putting me on the 5th floor. The lift wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage up five floors. The room had no toiletries, a separate lock on a broken door, terrible sheets and a broken commode. Everything about the place was bad. I left after 30 minutes, even though I'd paid for a full day.

Ask for Sagar at reception, he’s a helpful young guy. The rooms are small, but they’re tidy, and you’ll need to keep your expectations in check for the price. The toilets, especially the seats, really need to be clean. Some things may not suit you, so be ready to make a few allowances for what you’re paying.
