Hotel Caspia Pro Pune Hinjewadi

The front office team was supportive and good. It's close to lots of tech companies and easy to find, which worked well for my business trip. It's an express hotel, so don't expect too much. It's fine for a short stay. There wasn't much food choice, though the local options were good. All the rooms were booked by the time I checked in, but they still managed to give me a special abilities room. There are good vegetarian choices, and there's also a dinner buffet if you want to try it.

Reception was super responsive, and the whole stay felt smooth, with prompt room service. The rooms are small, but they have state of the art amenities and minimalist modern furniture, plus a locker and mini fridge. There isn't a bell boy, and things like laundry are self-serve. Still, it was an awesome experience.

Akash, kishan and vinod were serving us, thanks a lot to them. The breakfast and dinner setup was really good. I had idly and aalu paratha, and they were amazing. Overall, it was a pretty good stay at holiday Inn Express.

The room smelled very bad, and I found a cockroach. I showed the staff a photo, but nothing was done. At breakfast this morning there weren't any spoons, knives, or forks. They brought some after I asked, but the knife for butter never arrived. The reception guys say yes to everything but don't actually provide the service. They don't seem bothered about customers and are busy with their own business. The staff are very ill-mannered. I'm writing this while still at the hotel. Be cautious about booking here. This is my first and last visit to the property.
