OYO 27821 Hotel Royal Inn Pune

For what it costs, OYO’s service here was very poor. The food wasn’t good either. Our room and bedsheet weren’t properly clean, water kept leaking from the wash basin, and service was slow. I used to book OYO regularly, but staying here completely changed my view.

The owner and manager refused to let me check in even though I’d booked and paid four days beforehand. The officials behaved like goons, telling me to call the OYO helpline and “kindly” move to another hotel. It was the worst experience I’ve had. OYO was little help: I spent an hour and a half on the call and another 30 minutes complaining, while the helpline guy said “sorry for the inconvenience” about a hundred times and did nothing.

This was the worst service I’ve encountered at an OYO. They simply reject online OYO bookings, and although I’d opted for breakfast, they didn’t provide it. Their behavior was awful, and they abused me when I insisted on anything. The service was the poorest of all. If you want a nightmare, go to this OYO.

There was no cleanliness, no staff to attend to us, and the beds were small. The service was third-rate, and they avoided issuing a GST bill. It seems people use the place for short stays of one or two hours.
