Itsy Hotels AY Plus Hotels

EON IT PARK is close by, which was the one good thing. The hotel felt substandard, more like a lodge. We stayed one night between two workdays while shifting, and I checked out as early as I could. There were cockroaches around, the sheet had a yellow stained-looking cloth, and some lights didn’t work. The lift was so cramped that we struggled to use it, and we had to leave our car parked on the road.

Riya limje, the manager, was especially kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and impressive, and the staff were helpful too. ay plus in was a great place to stay.

I called to ask about rooms, but the receptionist struggled with English and suddenly hung up. When I called back, he was rude and said he had disconnected because he couldn’t speak English. I tried speaking in Hindi and said he could use that language too, but he kept being annoying and even told me to book somewhere else. Honestly, I’d suggest everyone reading this do just that.

Sunil was a great help throughout our 5-6 day stay. The hotel stay was wonderful, and the staff were really polite and helpful.
