JM Four - The Boutique Hotel

The washrooms weren’t well maintained, though the rooms were good. The hotel is in a good spot right in the city center.

I stayed in a Superior room, and for the price, nearly everything felt promising. The location was nice, the rooms were maintained well, room service came quickly, the food tasted good, and the staff were nice. There was some kind of smell coming from the wash basin water. I also thought the breakfast could have more variety.

The AC was awful and took hours to cool the room. There were cockroaches and other insects everywhere, and the only toiletries provided were soap and shower gel. Don’t assume that paying a good amount means you’ll get a good room or service.

I had a very good experience. The service and ambiance were excellent, and the staff were helpful.
