Hotel Bramha Inn

The staff were especially attentive and went out of their way to make guests feel cared for. Mr Siddharth at the front desk welcomed me with genuine smiles, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spotless, with fresh linens, neatly arranged toiletries, comfortable furniture, and tasteful décor. I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The in-house restaurant was a highlight for me. There was a range of cuisines, and the dishes I tried were flavorful and nicely presented. The amenities were well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt calm and welcoming. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. My recent stay at Hotel Bramha inn was impressive overall, and it exceeded my expectations.

After traveling a long distance, I was left stressed and disappointed instead of getting a chance to rest. I had a confirmed booking through EaseMyTrip, but the hotel refused to check me in and demanded extra payment at the property. The staff argued with the booking platform instead of taking responsibility or helping me. Their manner was rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy toward a guest. If there was a problem with pricing or third-party bookings, they shouldn’t have accepted the reservation. The place is poorly managed and doesn’t respect confirmed bookings. After traveling extensively around the country and overseas, I can say this showed a serious lack of respect for customers and basic professionalism. I strongly advise avoiding it to spare yourself the trouble and harassment.

We stayed for 5 days and had a lot of trouble. We couldn’t get hot water, or even regular cold water. Breakfast after 10.00 am was pathetic, as if we were supposed to stop our work and wait around for it. Only on the first day was breakfast served as ordered. The other days there was an issue with the cook or kitchen, and one day they said the GROßERY GOT OVER, so they couldn’t provide breakfast. Can you imagine? Room cleaning wasn’t good. The servant swept and mopped with a broom, then made the bed. The door locks weren’t good either. The balcony looked out on a garbage collection backyard, with some garage backyard there too. Restaurant support was poor, so we ended up ordering delicious food from PAKWAN VERY GOOD RAJASTANI HOTEL @ Vicinity. The most pathetic part was that the same 2 Persons seemed to be the cleaning staff, receptionist, executive attender, cook, and server, and they weren’t clean at all.

The staff were extremely rude and actually shouted at guests instead of helping. Basic things like drinking water, toiletries, and room facilities weren’t provided. Even after repeated requests, they wouldn’t provide food or even tea. That’s unacceptable for a paying guest. The management seemed completely unconcerned about guest comfort, and the hospitality and customer service were pathetic. This was a terrible stay and absolutely not worth the money. I’d strongly recommend avoiding the place if you expect basic respect and service.
