When I arrived for my booking, they said the room I'd selected had been given to someone else. They took no responsibility and argued with me. The other rooms were dirty too. I'd never recommend a place like this.

They charged me extra for checking in early, but wouldn't take early checkout into account. The hotel also felt overpriced compared with others nearby, so the value wasn't there. My stay was disappointing. Front desk service was slow and unfriendly, and it felt like they didn't care about our needs.

The hotel is in a good area, but I wouldn't consider it suitable for families. I booked through goibibo and stayed one night with my family. There was shouting, fighting, and vomiting sounds all night from nearby rooms and the corridor. I asked staff to move us, but they said the hotel was sold out and they couldn't stop the disturbance because the occupants next door were having an alcohol party. The next morning, I reported what had happened and told the young man at reception they should make sure families can stay peacefully. Instead, he said a group had booked for three days and had an alcohol party in their rooms the night before. He also said drinking alcohol and unmarried couples staying there are allowed, and that these parties are common. Management's first duty should be to give customers a peaceful stay.

I stayed for 15 days and really liked the experience. The location is convenient and easy to find. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good service and hospitality made the stay very enjoyable.
