The room photos were completely misleading, and my senior citizen parents were taken aback. The rooms were terrible, dirty, and unhygienic. Staff were rude, and there was no breakfast service or even a cup of tea. We believed Fab hotels provided the best service, but this was the worst experience ever. Truly dissatisfied. Thumbs down.

For the price and location, it was a fair deal. Our room was spacious, with 2 queen beds, which made me very happy. The toilet was okay, though not very clean. I'd suggest asking to have the bedsheets changed at check-in.

The room wasn't peaceful, and I couldn't sleep through the night. Staff were very rude, and the food was tasteless. I paid 2000rs for a room worth 500rs. They didn't provide a bath towel or soap, and water dripped continuously in the bathroom, 24 hours a day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Better to sleep on the road than pay 2000rs for this room. Also, don't book through Agoda, it's a fake application. Only use MMT.

It was an official trip with colleagues. The complimentary breakfast had just two choices, upma or poha, and that was all. There wasn't an intercom, so I had to call reception on my mobile. No water was provided unless we asked, and there was an ashtray in the room but no water jug. They didn't supply a towel, soap, or shampoo at first. After asking, they brought a towel and soap, but said shampoo wasn't available. I had to call reception again to remind them about the towel after 10 minutes. The hotel entrance is reached by a couple of steep stairs, and the front is unusually wavy. On the first day, we switched on the AC, and an hour later water started pouring from it like tap water, flooding the room floor. We moved to another room, where the attached bathroom and toilet had no lock. We had to prop the bathroom door from inside with a bucket of water. Closing the room door didn't help, because it opened automatically whenever the bathroom door opened.
