Fabhotel Mountain High Inn

The surroundings were secluded and didn't feel comfortable for a family, even though the location looked convenient on the map. No Taxi or Auto, Ola or Uber comes here. Customer care was the worst part. The rooms were dusty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos. Getting even basic help took painfully long. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had in years. Ghatiya.

There was no daylight in room no. 105 at any time, and the room felt dark, dingy, and suffocating. The sofa was in poor shape. Apart from breakfast, there was no dining facility. Morning tea came at 9 am because there was no milk or the staff came late, as dining was handled by a third party. I found too many unhappy customers.

The rooms were very poor, even the Executive rooms. There was no choice for the complimentary breakfast, no restaurant at the hotel, and the service was very slow. Not recommended at all.

The door frame to the balcony had a gap, so insects could get in. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and a gap between the window panes meant you could see inside from outside. There was no tower bolt or other inside lock on the room door, so hotel staff could open it from outside at any time with a duplicate key. The pillows were old and dirty under new covers, and I found a few cockroaches in the room.
