OYO Flagship 70715 Sunshine Inn

The manager's conduct made this stay especially bad. He was rude, cheap, and unprofessional, kept arguing instead of calmly sorting things out, and continued verbally harassing us even after the refund. He followed us to the parking area and made threatening remarks. The hotel itself was filthy and badly maintained, with a strong smoke smell. The bedsheets and bathrooms were in very bad shape, and the place felt unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unsafe. This behaviour is unacceptable in hospitality. Strongly not recommended, both for the manager and the cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel's condition was horrible: a foul smell, poor hygiene, no hot water, and basic amenities missing or not working. It felt neglected and poorly managed, and wasn't worth a single rupee. I also had serious safety concerns about how carelessly they handled ID documents. That made the place feel unsafe and unreliable, especially for solo travelers and families. At Hotel O Sunshine near Pune Railway Station, the so-called manager/receptionist was immature, rude, biased, and arrogant, with no idea how to speak to guests. We were kept waiting for several minutes without explanation, and staff argued instead of resolving issues. There was no hospitality, just attitude, which made the environment hostile and uncomfortable. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. Not safe, clean, or professional. Save yourself the stress and stay far away.

I couldn't stay there, so it was a total waste of time. I'd booked through OYO and had a confirmed room, but when I arrived, the man at reception demanded an extra 500 Rs. He said they'd received money from OYO after the commission was deducted, which made no sense to me after a confirmed booking. The staff were totally third class. The receptionist was unprofessional and had no manners. Don't choose this hotel for a confirmed stay.

The staff made us feel insulted and unwelcome. Their treatment seemed biased and discriminatory, though I can't say whether it came from prejudice or hostility toward certain guests. Either way, it was disturbing and unacceptable. The receptionist in particular was openly rude and arrogant, with no basic courtesy or professionalism toward paying guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, humiliating and disgraceful. I'm disgusted that a place like this operates as a hotel. Don't spend your money, time, or peace of mind here. There are better places that understand respect and hospitality. Avoid it.
