OYO Flagship 75959 It Park Hinjewadi

The bathroom was clogged and smelled bad, and the AC barely worked while making a lot of noise. The room they gave me was dark because there was no light, and it had none of the basic amenities. Staff were very rude and reluctant to give me a room. I got the feeling they only welcome couples. We complained several times, but nobody would even come to check the room. And thanks to the OYO helpline, I lost an hour registering the complaint and got no help resolving it. Worst room ever.

The room was filthy and nowhere near worth ₹500, let alone the ₹850 they demanded for the night. I arrived at midnight after booking through Agoda, but they said the reservation wasn't in their system and wouldn't accept it. Since I had arrived so late, they knew I had no other option. The service was awful, and the caretaker seemed focused only on getting money. If you asked for anything, he'd first ask when you'd checked in and when you were checking out, since he hadn't kept track and had been busy sleeping. Not worth staying.

It’s a decent budget place, and the service was prompt. They have a solar heater for hot water on demand. Getting there could be tricky since it's really tucked away. One thing to know: despite what the OYO app says, breakfast isn't complimentary. Still, I had a good experience.

The staff were good, but my first stay here was a bad experience. The bed was in poor shape, and neither the bedsheet nor blanket seemed clean. The room itself wasn't clean, and the fan kept making noise. The AC and TV didn't work properly, and they didn't give me the AC remote to adjust the temperature.
