OYO Flagship 80642 Sai Executive Lodging

The blankets were really dirty, and the toilet wasn't clean either. There was no soap or towel. Staff said they'd bring them in the morning, but kept making excuses. I didn't get a towel until checkout.

I picked this lodge because it was close to my CMAT exam center while I was in Pune, Dhayari, Nare. The rooms weren't very good, with too few basic amenities, dim lighting, bad switches, and a bad smell. This is just my own experience, so don't take it as 100% certain, but I wouldn't stay here and would choose somewhere else. At night, some couples, or boys and girls, came there for the night, if you understand what I mean. As a woman, I'm asking people to avoid it.

The receptionist was arrogant instead of helpful and told us not to come back. No guest should be treated that way. This was the worst hospitality experience I've had.

I lost four hours of a trip I'd planned and been excited about because the hotel and Oyo had no coordination at all. The receptionist didn't know how to greet or speak to customers, and the rooms smelled bad, with dirty bathrooms and insects all over the walls. When I told the property owner, he said the room wasn't as bad as I'd described. I'm very unhappy with the experience and wouldn't recommend anyone go there and spoil their trip or waste their hard-earned money.
