Sri Bhavyaresidency

We paid 1600 per room per night through Agoda for two rooms for one night. At that price, I didn't feel the rooms were worth it; I would have been happier at 1200 or below. They were decently maintained and the washrooms were neat, although I spotted a couple of cockroaches in one room. There's no food service, but reception boys can bring food if you're willing to cover their travel back and forth. The temple is about 400m away. I wouldn't make this my first choice next time, but I'd keep it as a backup. I noticed a few newer lodges nearby and would like to check them out.

Hospitality was top notch. It's a pure budget hotel in a good location, very close to the temple, and can fit five cars. The rooms are clean, though not the cleanest, and could be better overall. Parking is tough because the road is narrow, and there's no restaurant. For a night, it's okay and manageable.

We stayed on 16th July 2025 and had a great time. The Temple View Rooms look out at the Gopuram, and the hotel is very close to the temple. Rooms were clean, staff courteous, and hot water was available 24/7. Breakfast, tea, and coffee are available there, while Annamayya Kitchen nearby is a good option for meals and Tiffins. Comfortable and convenient, and I'd recommend it to temple visitors.

There isn't in-house catering, though they can arrange nice tiffins. The rooms were very well maintained, and being close to the Temple was a big plus.
