The railway station is very close, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The washroom was clean, the staff were humble, and they brought cold RO drinking water when I asked. Online UPI payment was accepted, and the price is budget friendly. Food was average to me, though taste varies. In the evening the road outside gets crowded with traffic and local people, with an alcohol shop right next door. Nothing unusual happened while I was there, but that’s the setting. For a solo or business trip, it should cover the basics for a couple of days. Bike parking in the open space could be stressful.

Mr amar, the owner, was very humble, and the staff were polite too. There’s no restaurant on site, though they arrange food for you. The hotel is in a prime location, less than a kilometer from the railway station. My room was clean and spacious, and the AC, TV, and geyser were all available and working.

I waited from 8:30 for the breakfast I ordered, but it still hadn’t arrived by 10:25, so I left without eating. The breakfast menu lets you choose just one item. I won’t book here again. The price was higher than at other hotels, and the service was bad. My room was small, the bathroom dirty, the phone wasn’t working, and there was no Wi-Fi. There was no bath soap, dental or bath kit, shower gel, shaving kit, or slippers.

The bed had enough space for two adults, and the hotel is fully air-conditioned. You can get a hot bath in winter, too. The service was quite good, and I had a good stay. If you're visiting Saharanpur, this is a place you could choose.
