The staff were supportive, courteous, and quick to respond, so even my short stay was hassle-free. I needed somewhere to rest for a few hours while waiting, because of a personal commitment nearby, and booked a room at FabExpress Pavithraa Edition. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything neatly arranged. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made the stay quite relaxing. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

The staff were so helpful and polite. Whenever we asked about places to go or food spots, they came back with useful, quality suggestions. They made us feel like we were staying with close friends.

Being close to the railway station and market was the hotel's one real plus. Inside, the room had old, broken furniture, the toilet flush didn't work, and basic toiletries were missing. The towels looked used and unwashed, though staff replaced them after I pointed it out. The hot water wasn't working either; staff said some rooms had a problem. Hi-tea was listed when I booked but never provided. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The outside looks good, but the rooms and washrooms were awful. Room 105 had nowhere to bathe, and in room 106 there wasn't enough room to sit up straight on the toilet. Cockroaches were roaming around the rooms at night, and the room and lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes. Not suitable for families.

It's cheap, but the place is noisy and the rooms are dirty. The bathroom especially needs attention, with broken pipes and poor cleaning.
