I booked because of a good deal, but staff first refused to assign me a room. The room itself was in awful shape, and bedbugs and mosquitoes kept me from sleeping. The staff were very bad too. Even if they offered the room for free, I’d say don’t go. You’d be better off spending more at a nearby hotel than regretting it all night.
The staff seemed not to care at all. The room was dirty and in terrible condition, with hardly any maintenance. I don’t think even rats would want to live there, and even beggars wouldn’t stay.
I’ve never booked a room this unhygienic. The staff were rude as well. It doesn’t deserve even one star.
Make yourself scarce if you don’t want to get scammed. You book, arrive, and then they ask you to pay 300 more. Don’t book here.
I told reception something wasn’t working, and they flatly denied it. The service was poor, the room fell short of expectations, and there isn’t a decent food shop nearby. It was a horrible experience that needs to be addressed. I’ll never come back here. 😤
