The hotel is right by a mall, so you can get what you need there, though be ready for some noise from it. What made me feel welcome was the staff. The restaurant team were superb, helpful, and explained everything clearly. Ms. Sathi made sure our day started with a good breakfast and a pleasant experience. Her colleague, whose name I didn't get, even suggested places for a quick city tour.

I paid in advance for a two-day stay to avoid delays or confusion, and checked in very late. The first room smelled like a toilet, apparently because the carpet was dirty. A staff member helped move me after about ten minutes. The next room lacked amenities for two people, despite being a double occupancy room with two beds. I called reception that night, but nobody came. We had an early appointment, so I called three times again in the morning and asked at least for towels so we could shower. Still no one showed up. Eventually I called the manager, and the issues were dealt with right away.

We've visited few hotels as good as this one so far. The food was great, and the hotel service was just as good. Sathi was one of the friendliest, most attentive waitresses we've come across. Excellent service!
