The gate policy was never mentioned when I booked. They told me guests couldn't leave or return after 12:00 AM because the gate would be locked. The staff were also disrespectful and impolite. I booked through the OYO app for ₹595 for two guests, but at the hotel they demanded another ₹400 and said I wouldn't get a room without paying. I had no choice. The extra charge and staff behavior made this a very poor experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had to cancel because the receptionist demanded an extra ₹400 for check-in. Even after I contacted customer care, they wouldn't follow the rules and refused to let me check in unless I paid. The receptionist was rude. Not recommended at all.

I barely spent four seconds in the room before asking for my money back, and the owner argued that he wouldn't refund even half. The room was awful, with an unclean sheet that hadn't been washed properly and had a red stain. Online, the rooms look neat and clean, but don't pay before seeing one. He asked for payment first and had already tried to charge me more. I wouldn't book online here. My experience was extremely bad, and it felt like a scam and a waste of money.

I booked on OYO for 700, but they charged me 1000. Online booking didn't help, since they charge 1000 per day. OYO refunded me 300 ❤️.
