The place felt unsafe, and the lack of a lift made getting luggage to the upper floors difficult. Monkeys came in through the window, which was unsettling, and the TV didn't work. The room also smelled bad and had poor ventilation. Cleanliness was a serious problem: there was dust everywhere, the room seemed badly maintained, and the bathroom had insects. After taking payment, management showed no care or responsibility. It was a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We paid 2k for one night after looking at the pictures, but it wasn't worth even 300 rs. The rooms were filthy and the service was awful. Families, please don't book here.

We arrived at 11PM with a kid and had no other option, so we stayed for one night. It was still the worst choice I've made for a stay. The bathroom stank and smelled of smoke, and there was dust everywhere. Cigarettes were under the beds, the sheets and bathroom mats hadn't been changed, and the sheets were so bad I couldn't even touch them. There was no hot water, and the fan barely worked.

Had a really nice stay. They've repainted the rooms and redone the interiors. The old sanitary fittings were removed and the bathroom was modified, and everything was good.

I booked 2 rooms for 1800, which felt a little high. In the room, the AC, washroom bulb, and door needed attention, and there was a power issue too. I'd ask maintenance to fix them, check what can be done about the power, or request another room if they can't sort it out quickly.
