Cosmo Annora

I canceled my booking before checking in. Other guests were complaining about having no hot water, and the elevator wasn't working. The Manager Mr. Amit was very rude. The website also calls this a pet friendly hotel, but when we arrived they said it wasn't. The service, rooms, and information were all terrible. I'd give it a minus rating, since even zero would be too generous for this awful hotel.

The poor service made the extra charges feel like a rip-off. Staff seemed uninterested and were slow to respond, and the cleanliness and maintenance were well below what I expected. I booked four days but was charged for four full nights, plus fees for checking in early and checking out late. I regret choosing FabHotel Cosmo Annora and wouldn’t stay there again. If you need a temporary place near Domlur or Indiranagar, there are better, more transparent options.

I left and moved to another hotel straight away. We couldn’t put up with the disrespectful way the staff spoke to us. I’d booked a bigger room for two days and paid at check-in, but on the second day they made us move to a smaller room, saying the one we had was pre-booked. We paid the same price despite the room change, and when I asked them to lower it, a staff member said, “PAGAL HAI KYA.” This place deserves zero stars from me. They pull cheap tricks and treat guests terribly.

Sandeep Kumar was especially helpful, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of room to unwind. We also liked having a small kitchen area for fixing light meals. It was a comfortable stay with great service and cleanliness.
