Treebo Trend Cocoon Suites

Treebo Cocoon Suites was a safe, peaceful place, and I had a really good stay. I didn’t run into the problems described in earlier or recent comments. If you’re coming to kalyan nagar, I’d suggest staying here. Really good.

The room was dirty and smelled of paint, and there was construction work going on, so it was noisy. The place has no restaurant. The AC didn’t work, the furniture was horrible, and there was no mirror. The toilet was very old and had a broken window, the pillow was hard as a rock, and I had to ask for towels. The room was very small and unlike the size shown on the website. The car park was full of construction materials. It’s just an old lodge, and I don’t understand why MMT lists it as three-star. I’d seek compensation from MMT for misleading me into booking here.

We felt so uneasy and weird there that we left right away. From outside, the place looked nice, but the room had problems everywhere. Customer service was poor, and while it looked clean at first, there was dust once we started staying, along with stains on the mattress and bedsheets. The TV didn’t work, and even the washrooms felt unsafe to use. Booking a room here turned into my worst experience.

A great spot to stay in this location. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the service is prompt.
