A clean place with the usual A2B restaurant ambience. I liked the service, too. The waiter was polite and nice, despite some negative reviews I’d seen. Food gets 4/5 from me: good taste, and the chutneys were especially tasty. Dosa is served until 12, so go before noon if you want one.

I’ve been to many A2B restaurants, but this was the first time I felt treated so disrespectfully. At the Thanisandra, Bangalore outlet, I asked for self-service, yet the cashier kept insisting I use the service hall. After I repeated that I wanted self-service, she took my order details and walked away without saying anything. Nearly five minutes later another staff member came to ask what I wanted, which showed poor coordination and basic courtesy. The mostly North Indian staff at the self-service counter were also arguing loudly in front of customers, making things uncomfortable and unprofessional. The service was pathetic and far below the standard A2B is known for. I’ve decided not to visit again.

I’m changing this review because my daughter and I both vomited last night after eating there. I think the gobi manjurian may have been the problem. I’ve never had trouble with A2B food before, but please make sure the food you serve is good. Before that, I’d found the service and staff very good, and the food tasty. The wash room and kesp are separate, not inside the toilet.

Try the paya idli at your Nagawara restaurant, it tastes good. Nice place, friendly staff, and I had a good experience. I recommend a visit.
