At check-in, they said they had bellboy service for luggage, but there was no such help at checkout. Room service was never on time, and the receptionists were very rude. They spoke sweetly while booking and taking payment, then wouldn't listen afterward. They weren't cooperative with families either. This was a waste of money, and I'll never stay here again.

We got to Chandigarh at midnight and paid a hefty sum for a cheap hotel. Someone else's review got it right: this place looks like a Mughal-era structure that hasn't been renovated since. It didn't have the right vibe. The staff seemed egotistical and kept shushing us, so I felt like I was spending the night at a relative's house. Sorry, sir, I'm not coming back ever.

Dirty rooms and no service, and the receptionist was very rude. A really pathetic hotel. Don't waste your money here.

I spent three pleasant nights here. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good. The hotel staff were especially friendly and always available to help.

There was no hot water or Wi-Fi, and the owner said they didn't want to provide Wi-Fi. The bed had bugs, too. We suffered because there was no refund, so don't pay online. Go and check the place first. Worst hotel ever, don't stay there.
