Wifi didn't work, and the room service was so bad they couldn't even bring water. What use is a hotel if your belongings aren't safe? The manager Syed and his staff stole my iPhone charger and other things from the room, then acted as if they had no reason to do that. This place has terrible service and people with no morals, a bunch of thieves. My advice is to avoid this hotel even if the room is cheap. Please believe me if you're reading this.

The staff seemed willing to cooperate, but that doesn't make up for missing basics and poor service. Towels and bottled water had to be requested, and the place felt more like a lodge than a hotel. The room had bed bugs and cockroaches. When we found bed bugs at 1:30am and complained, reception questioned why we hadn't reported them sooner, as if we were expected to wake up and complain the moment they appeared. Hotels should meet a satisfactory standard of service, and this one didn't.

We left without spending the night. The bedspreads were stained, toiletries weren't supplied, the TV and phone didn't work, and the sockets came loose when we plugged things in. When we raised these problems, we got excuses, and they still wouldn't refund us. We were especially disappointed because the place had been recommended by their own customer care team.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with a hospital, cab services, and shops for everyday needs. The staff are friendly and courteous, and ready to help whenever needed. The service is hard to match, and staying here feels like being at home.

The West park hotel team did a good job helping me after a prepaid OYO booking turned into a problem. Although my room had been confirmed, they said everything was full when I arrived and sent me to OYO customer care, where I was left on hold and got no help. The hotel staff found me a standby room first, then moved me to a good one. Service was good, and breakfast in the morning was good too. OYO needs to rework its customer care.
