Confido Inn & Suites

The staff were very helpful and did what they could in the circumstances, but the hotel itself was average. Rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, and the bedsheets had marks and didn’t seem properly washed. There are no room keys because the key card software hasn’t been installed, so you need staff to let you into your room. There’s no room service, breakfast has to be ordered the night before, and lunch or dinner must be ordered through Swiggy or Zomato.

The rooms are clean and hygienic, and I liked the service. It’s affordable, with some discounts if you book through Oyo rooms. A comfortable place to get some rest. The one sad thing is that you can’t get pizza here since the big Pizza Hut store has closed its service here.

The staff are very nice and helpful, and treat guests with full respect, though they only speak Hindi. Pizza hut is right next to the property. There’s no in-house restaurant, and the lift is so small it feels suffocating. Nice place, but it still needs improvement.

The atmosphere was totally quiet and comfortable, and the room was very clean and neat. The staff behaved very well. I enjoyed the stay and the morning breakfast they served, and would definitely book through OYO again.
