The hotel staff gave no clear reason for refusing me check-in, and their communication and professionalism were frustrating. I was left without a place to stay, which was stressful after making arrangements in advance. My booking at Hotel Capital O Oh My Rooms had been confirmed and paid well ahead of time, but they still turned me away when I arrived. That service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here if you need reliability or good customer service. Hotels should honor confirmed reservations and deal with problems with care and transparency. This was far from satisfactory, and I'd look elsewhere for accommodation.

The stay was pleasant enough, and breakfast was okay, but the price felt a little high for what was provided. The room needed better cleaning. Only one outlet by the bed worked, while the others had unreliable power. Basic items like handwash should have been ready in the room.

I was moved to another room because there was no pipe connecting the wash basin to the drain and there wasn't a mirror. The receptionist only reprogrammed my key card. When I returned about three hours later, the room smelled of smoke. I asked how someone else could come in and smoke in the room assigned to me, but got no answer. It felt like they were taking advantage of people with nowhere else to go. The service isn't guest focused.

There are good places to eat nearby, and the area itself is quiet. The service, though, was very poor. Rooms have an average amount of space for a double bed, and the bathroom is small. There's AC, but I also needed the fan. TV and Wi-Fi are available. You have to get your own drinking water.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and my room was clean with the basic amenities. It's a good budget stay, and I gave it 5/5 because it has what I look for in a hotel. Just make sure to order dinner ahead of time. Food isn't available at night unless you order in advance, and you can't place a new order after 10 pm.
