FabHotel Sanctuary Suites

Really good vibe at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the service was good, with friendly, smiling people. The location was the best part, just a five-minute walk from the 100ft main road.

We booked for three people, but the room shown in the pictures with three beds turned out to have two twin beds and an extra mattress on the floor. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there wasn’t even a kettle or other basic items. I wouldn’t book here again. Our check-in was at 12:00 pm, but the manager said the previous guests hadn’t checked out and we couldn’t get our room. He didn’t apologize. He offered a smaller room for us to wait in, but acted as though he was doing us a big favor, even though there wasn’t enough room for three people to rest. It took two hours to clean our room, and we had to keep pushing. When we asked about the delay, he lost his temper and told us to go somewhere else if we couldn’t wait. He was hostile, then acted as if we were the ones being hostile, when we were just asking when the room would be ready. The location is great and the rooms look aesthetic, but the service was beyond terrible.

Room service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly well trained. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and my stay made a big difference to my trip. It felt worth the money.

Breakfast came from outside because the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, and it was extremely poor quality. The rooms weren’t up to standard either. Kettles and irons were shared between rooms, and no bathroom amenities were provided. Bad experience, don’t book here.
