Fabhotel Sapthagiri Suites Inn

On 07 Feb 2026, I checked out at 11.00 after no breakfast had been served, and my requests for fresh bed furnishings and toiletries had been ignored. The owner had promised to refund the Rs. 500 cash advance I paid at check-in, but then said I had to return the receipt first so he could G-pay me. He never sent the money, and I feel cheated. I’m still waiting for the refund I requested. I booked Hotel Sapthagiri suites Inn through Fab hotels for a business trip to Bengaluru so I could stay near my Customer's place. I paid the full amount, including breakfast, and the listing showed amenities such as hot water, AC, TV, and WIFI. At check-in, the property owner said he had ended the tie-up with Fab hotels, but would accommodate me if I paid INR 500 in cash, which he said he would refund at checkout. I also tried contacting Fab hotels, but pressing either 1 or 2 on their menu got no response.
