The Woodbridge

The room setup was all over the place: a single room was given as a double, and a double as a three-bed room. The AC didn't work and there was no TV. Service was a total waste of time. Very bad, an utter waste.

I've used OYO often, so this was really disappointing. The rooms were tiny and didn't meet expectations, and the bathroom facilities weren't proper. I checked two different rooms, and both smelled bad and were full of cigarette smoke. The towels were still dirty even after they were changed, and the curtains were dirty too. In a place like Banglore, this isn't what you'd expect. It doesn't feel like a place that meets OYO's standards. OYO needs to maintain them.

The place and its interiors looked good, but the service was complete trash. They checked us into a room that wasn't ready, with bedbugs in the bed. The AC was there but only worked like a fan, and the bathroom lights were fused, so we spent a night without them. Even the tap water wasn't right. We only got the OYO goodies a day later, after asking to complain to the manager, and then were told the manager wasn't there. Every request meant waiting for hours.

The bathrooms need attention. The fittings are poor and should be replaced, and you have to be careful around the showers and sprinklers. They also claim to offer parking, but there isn't any, so you have to leave the car in an open place. Maybe that's normal in bangalore, but I don't like being given wrong information. The food was a joke, don't eat or drink here. We booked two AC rooms for two days; the rooms were decent and both ACs worked well. The furniture could use some work, but it was okay overall. They still had CRT TVs in 2016, which felt like traveling back to the 90s.
