Master Chef Prasad was outstanding and never disappoints. He checked in on guests with a smile and made sure people were happy, a kind and dedicated person. Shyam, Munna, and Ritika also deserve a special mention for their warm, attentive service at breakfast. The whole breakfast team was courteous and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. If you get a higher floor, the racecourse view is stunning. Breakfast offered an impressive variety too.

Chef Prasad and his team served a memorable breakfast on the morning of 19th April. The South Indian dishes were out of this world, and the French toast had a taste and texture unlike anything we'd had before. We loved the fantastic ABC juice, the outstanding complimentary Moose cake we cut at the end, and the next-level waffles with banana caramel and berry compote. The staff also showed my parents gentle care and attention, which made the meal even more special. Huge thanks for the sumptuous breakfast and incredible hospitality at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel. Highly recommend dining here.

I've stayed here twice, and it's one of my favorite hotels ever. The staff are so kind, and the breakfast, food, service, and hospitality are all magical. This review rating makes no sense. I'll keep having my company put me up here when I'm in Bengaluru!

After an 18 hour flight from NY, we arrived early in the morning, exhausted and jet lagged, hoping we could get a room a little early. Nimmy/ Simmy, apologies for not remembering the name correctly, was so welcoming at the front desk and asked us to wait in the cafe. We had our first filter coffee there, and within an hour the room was ready. It was thoughtful and exactly what we needed. They also upgraded us at no extra cost. The breakfast spread the next morning was awesome, especially the variety of Indian bfast dishes. The head chef was very personable. When he realized we were originally from Kerala, he told us he was from Kannoor too. It felt like being with family. The team took care of everything. We're seasoned travellers and only needed a day to recover before seeing family and friends, so we stayed just one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. The rooms, common spaces, and garden are all nicely done. It was a memorable stay that set the tone for our onward journey. We'd stay here again if we come to Bangalore.
