The front desk person was very rude, and when he went out for food, nobody was there to replace him. There were lots of mosquitoes, but they didn't provide an all out or Good Night mosquito repellent when I asked. The visiting card mentioned complimentary breakfast, but there was no restaurant.

I booked for two adults and one child, and they put us in room 107 on the second floor, with only two single beds. How was I supposed to sleep with my kid? I asked for an extra pillow to put at the side for the child's safety, but they wouldn't provide one. They also charged an extra amount for the room at the time of demand through a personal GPay number, which was a big disappointment. Hot water wasn't coming at all, and the service was very average. I had to ask six times before they finally cleaned the dustbin. This really needs improvement.

A terrible room with no cleanliness at all. The bathrooms were in a pathetic state for 2000 rs. Never go.

The non-AC room cost 2500rupees, which was way overpriced for what I got. The room and service were awful, the towels smelled, the sheets hadn't been washed, and there were mosquitoes and bed bugs. The floors weren't cleaned, there was no roof, and the toilets were like public toilets. Agoda and booking apps should make hotels upload recent photos. Very bad and not worth the money.
