The mattresses were uncomfortable, and they hadn’t provided towels or soap when we arrived. The room AC didn’t work, and there was no water in the washroom because they hadn’t started the motor. Nobody listened when we raised the problem. Even the fan in reception wasn’t working. I wouldn’t advise booking here.

Rats, mice and termites, plus filthy washrooms, smelly rooms and dirty bedsheets. The worst experience ever. Never stay here.

The food at AnnapurnaRestaurant was excellent. At Hotel Vikram, the rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The stay was comfortable. Highly recommend for business or leisure travelers.

We booked 25 rooms for a wedding, and the food was the one good part. The rooms and amenities were below par, there were no room heaters even after we asked, and the staff were very unresponsive.

The vegetarian food selection is small, but everything we tried tasted awesome. The rooms have a nice view, the staff are kind and helpful, and the room price seemed reasonable, not too high. Since I was traveling by bus, being so close to ISBT agra made Hotel Vikram a good choice compared with the other subpar hotels. The service was good overall.
